Philips MP4NET fuseert met Emblaze tot Adamind
Het Philipsonderdeel MP4Net gaat een fusie aan met het Israëlische bedrijf Emblaze Transcoding, dat gespecialiseerd is in streaming media-technologie. Het resultaat van de fusie is het bedrijf Adamind, dat zich zal storten op de transcoding- markt. Dat vertalen van informatie over verschillende technologische platforms is vooral nodig voor content voor mobiele multimedia.
