Microsofts PDF-alternatief wordt standaard
Standaardisatieorganisatie Ecma heeft een werkgroep opgericht die een standaard moet formuleren op basis van de XML Paper Specification, Microsofts alternatief voor Adobes Portable Document Format. XPS is geïntroduceerd als onderdeel van Office 2007, Microsofts nieuwste suite kantoorapplicaties.
