Expert in high profile Enterprise ERP Architectures, SAP and transformational global ERP solutions? Are you interested in working in a constantly changing organisation that is going through a major (international) digital transformation? Then we advise you to read through!

Description
Digital technologies are rapidly transforming the construction world and BAM. BAM wants to set the tone in the digital transition in the construction world; 'Doing new things' is a motto from our strategic agenda. A professional and international IT organization is crucial to achieve this. As a result of this and the strategic objective OneBam!, BAM IT creates BAM wide IT architectures and implements BAM wide ERP solutions and functionalities.

For this reason, the need has arisen to hire an Enterprise ERP Architect.
As the Enterprise ERP architect, you are responsible for the global architecture and (technical) roadmap of our ERP solutions. Together with the representatives of the business you validate, challenge and help improve the high-level business requirements and set the functional and technical principles, guidelines, standards and global architecture of our global ERP solutions. Because SAP solutions are widely used within the organization, the emphasis is on SAP technology. You define the architecture of the ERP solutions and monitor the implementation of it in a complex and international ERP programme.

Roles and responsibilities
Together with our IT professionals, business representatives, end user community, vendors and the transformation programme you design possible ERP architectures and scenarios. You draw up project architecture documents, such as a PSA (project start architecture). You maintain contacts with customers, enterprise architects of BAM and project stakeholders regarding these deliverables.

You are responsible for the architecture organization of the programme, which includes a design authority. You create architecture deliverables with the aim of ensuring the transfer of them to stakeholders within BAM IT and in the business.

You base the ERP architecture on new technological possibilities and developments, using the right ERP module/functionality for the right purpose. You make sure that the ERP architecture is integrated in the overall application landscape of BAM and is aligned with the requirements, scope, principles, guidelines and standards of BAM IT.

You facilitate the ERP architecture decision making process by working directly with the programme management, the solutions team, the SAP competence center and the enterprise architecture team. You work closely together with them to solve architectural problems, mitigating IT solution risks, and escalating IT architecture issues/risks when appropriate.

Job Requirements
To be able to fulfil this role well, you speak the language of the business and are well able to build productive relationships. You have experience with the dynamics of a commercial and/or project-driven organization. You possess the ability to operate at board level as well as local business level. Also, you can communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are excellent in Dutch and English, both written and oral.
